Julian Serrano at Aria

In 1998, world-renowned chef Julian Serrano opened Picasso Restaurant at the Bellagio, and established high caliber French dining on the Las Vega Strip. Then he expanded his considerable talent to include this showcase of his Spanish roots. Esquire Magazine named it one of 2010's best new restaurants, and I can understand why. The wide selection of tapas items includes both traditional selections and unique plates with a modern twist. In a recent visit, the taste, presentation and service all were quite impressive, and the evening certainly did not disappoint.
