If you're celebrating a special occasion, have a generous expense account or want to entertain expensively, the following restaurants will allow you to do just that.  In many cases they are helmed by world-renowned chef/owners whose skills are legendary.  These are, indeed, the Highest Priced Restaurants in Las Vegas.

 

Joel Robuchon - Park MGM

Joel Robuchon's resume showcases some serious awards.  He was named France's Chef of the Century by the prestigious Gault Millau restaurant guide.  He won Three Stars from Michelin, the Wine Spectator's Grand Award, the AAA Five Diamond award and Forbes 5-Star designation.  This is his first restaurant in the U.S.

 

At the time of this listing, you have four fixed price dining choices, ranging from $127.00 to $250.00.  His signature Menu Degustation (tasting menu) is priced at $445.00 (this doesn't include wine pairings.)

Restaurant Guy Savoy – Caesar's Palace

Among the many prestigious accolades received by Guy Savoy are the AAA 5-Diamond award, Gayot's “Top 40 Restaurants in the U.S.,” the Forbes 5-Star Award and Wine Spectator's Grand Award. This Michelin two star restaurant (which is his only U.S. location) emulates the menu of his Paris restaurant, and includes many classic Savoy dishes. He offers his “Signature Menu” at $290.00 per person, his “Innovation-Inspiration Menu” at $375.00 and his “Forbes 5-Star Celebration Menu” (which includes wine pairings) at $555.00.

And if your goal is real exclusivity, you also can dine at the Krug Chef's Table, his “restaurant within a restaurant,” where 2 to 6 people can dine. You will have a view of the kitchen and a tasting menu of up to 13 courses that pairs with Krug's prestige cuvee Champagnes. It will cost you $348.00 without wine pairings and $500.00 with pairings. This is the only Krug Chef's Table in the U.S. and one of fewer than 10 dedicated Krug spaces in the world.

CUT – Palazzo

This AAA Four Diamond restaurant is the second location for superstar chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck's highly-acclaimed Beverly Hills, California restaurant of the same name. Beef is the star here, with 21 and 35 day prime aged cuts of Illinois and Nebraska grain fed cattle, American Wagyu/Kobe style beef from Idaho, and true Japanese 100% Wagyu beef from Kagoshima Prefecture, Kyushu, Japan.

Le Cirque – Bellagio

Le Cirque, an opulent restaurant designed by world-renowned Adam Tihany, has received 13 consecutive AAA Five Diamond ratings at the time of this listing. This original New York bastion of fine dining was created by restaurateur Sirio Maccioni, and the family tradition of offering classic French dishes with contemporary influences continues to this day. Available are a 3 course prix-fix menu at just over $100.00, a degustation (tasting) menu at $135.00 and 3, 4, 5, and 6 course Alba white truffle menus at $195.00, $260.00, $325.00 and $390.00, respectively.

Recently included on a list of the toughest reservations in the country to obtain, this nine-seat creation of internationally-acclaimed chef José Andrés is quietly tucked away in a room adjacent to the chef's larger, more well-known Jaleo Restaurant inside the Cosmopolitan. You would never discover the existence of this restaurant if you didn't know it was there, as they do no advertising. The tasting menu can range from 15 to 22 courses at a cost of $290.00 per person plus $130.00 to $300.00 per person for liquor pairings. Reservations can only be made by email one to two months before your requested date. The restaurant tries to respond within 48 hours.

Bazaar Meat by José Andrés - Sahara Hotel

2535 La Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas

Chef José Andrés of Jaleo and é restaurant fame, has opened this very spacious temple to all things meat. Beginning with caviar flights, the menu quickly moves to carpaccios, cured meats, tartares, “meats of the sea,” suckling pig, chateaubriand, Iberico pork loin and numerous cuts and sources of beef to satisfy every taste. The steaks he calls “Our Big Guys” are priced by the pound, and will appeal to those able to handle conspicuous consumption.

Nobu – Virgin Hotel

Nobu Matsuhisa's flagship restaurant in New York City has hosted dignitaries from around the world, including the Prime Minister of Japan. Recognized worldwide for his cooking style, he combines traditional Japanese cuisine infused with bold South American and Western flavors, thus producing dazzling flavor combinations. Nobu's menu selections are extensive and include hot dishes featuring genuine Japanese A5 Wagyu beef. Not to be missed are his Omakase (chef's choice) multi-course tasting menus at $150.00 or $200.00 per person and his “Nobu Signatures” at $110.00 or $125.00 per person.

Craftsteak – Park MGM

James Beard award-winning chef Tom Colicchio's restaurant is rightfully listed already on this website under the “Steak” section, and with good reason, as it's one of the best steakhouses in the city. But it also merits inclusion in this $$$$$ category because, in addition to its selection of regular steaks ranging from $60.00 to $100.00, the menu also offers five “Chef's Beef Selections” that will appeal to all big spenders. From the Double R Ranch/Snake River Farms are presented double r beef at $125.00 per person, domestic wagyu at $155.00 per person, domestic Wagyu surf and turf at $185.00 per person, Japanese A5 wagyu at $275.00 per person and Japanese A5 Wagyu surf and turf at $295.00 per person. Each three course meal is for parties of two or more.
