Brazilian BBQ

Many of Las Vegas's best restaurants are located on, or near, the Resort Corridor (commonly called The Strip), and their names are among those listed below.

Please make note of a restaurant's
Location Number and then click on this MAP LINK to view the Strip/Near Strip Map and match its number to the location on the map.

However, if you're reading a restaurant's write-up and it doesn't show a
Location Number, that means it's located elsewhere in the area.  I've provide street addresses for all restaurants so you easily can determine driving directions on your car's navigation system or with Google, MapQuest or Waze on your phone or tablet.

BEST BRAZILIAN BARBECUES IN LAS VEGAS

Brazilian barbecues have been popular for years, and there are many versions of them, ranging from modest to extravagant.  As with most everything, you get what you pay for, and my recommendations in this category represent the Best Brazilian Barbecues in Las Vegas.

Texas de Brazil - Just off the Strip a Short Distance south of Mandalay Bay

6533 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas

An absolutely stunning restaurant that has dramatically raised the bar for Brazilian barbecues everywhere. The luxury ingredients on the hot and cold salad bar are second to none, and the huge selection of spit-roasted meats offers everything you would hope to enjoy. Reservations may be prudent, as this large restaurant has gained a huge customer base since they opened in 2008.

Fogo de Chao

360 E. Flamingo Rd.

This newest edition to the Las Vegas Brazilian BBQ scene already has attracted a growing number of customers since its October, 2011 opening, and with good reason.  Occupying the former site of Cozymel's Mexican Grill, the restaurant has been totally gutted and now is beautifully stylish in its décor.

But just as importantly, the twelve spit-roasted meat selections are delicious, and in a unique twist, each variety of meat is roasted by a different “gaucho” chef, who then presents and carves it for the diners.  This process alows an unusually responsive ability to provide guests a “custom-cooked” selection that exactly matches their preference for doneness.  The accompanying salad bar is quite extensive and the quality ingredients are attractively displayed.  You won't be disappointed with this new and beautiful addition to the Las Vegas dining experience.
